Transfer Between My Accounts
This screen allows you to transfer funds between your accounts within the Bank. For users linked to Corporate Customers, transfers between accounts of the same Customer (that user has access to debit) will be allowed from this screen. For users linked on Individual Customers, transfers between any accounts that the user has access to debit will be allowed.
How do I process my payment?
- From Account: Select the account you wish to debit from the dropdown list. Available balance is displayed for each account in the list. Once an account is selected, the current balance and available balance are also displayed.
- To Account: Choose the account you wish to credit from the dropdown list. Available balance is displayed for each account in the list. Once an account is selected, the current balance and available balance are also displayed.
- Transfer Currency and Amount: Enter the amount and select the currency of the transfer. In case an FX conversion is involved in the transfer, an indicative exchange rate and an indicative equivalent amount will be displayed.
- Transfer Date: Default transfer date is the earliest possible transfer date. In case you wish to change this, click on calendar and select any date up to 12 months in the future. If selected date is not a working day, at submission the system will prompt you to change the date.
- Transfer Details: Enter a description of the transaction.
- End to End Information: An optional field. For SEPA payments, you may enter remittance information to the beneficiary.
- Charges Debited On: Select the account from which charges will be debited.
- Receive Advice on Email: Check this box if you wish to receive the debit advice via email upon completion of the transfer by the Bank. For your own security, some data of the advice will be masked.
- Submit: Click to submit the transaction. Once submitted, transfer details as well as indicative charges to be debited (if any) will be displayed. Click to confirm the transfer. You have the option to save the details of the transfer as template for future use.
- Transaction Number and Status: The system returns a transaction number and status at the top of the page. Click on the transaction number to view updated transaction status and the transfer details. You can print or save the transfer information using
