Beneficiary Maintenance
This section displays beneficiaries to whom you often need to make transfers to (payments). This functionality allows you also to add, copy and edit them, at any given time.
This section is available to all eBanking users.
Features
The name you may assign to any beneficiary for your convenience.
The account name from where the transfer is executed in favour of a selected beneficiary.
The beneficiary name of the person/legal entity for whom the transfer (payment) is executed for.
The address of the beneficiary for whom the transfer (payment) is executed for.
The daily limit of transactions to be executed in favour of a beneficiary. This functionality is available only to individual clients and can be activated when the White List is also enabled.
The White List functionality is applicable for the beneficiaries that you trust and you have also the option to set-up limits for each of them. When “White List” is enabled, One-Time-Password (OTP) is not required.
How do I add a new beneficiary?
1. Click on the “Add New Beneficiary” button.
2. Enter the details of the beneficiary as described below:
By clicking on the drop-down list, you must select the account from which you will execute a transfer (payment) for this new beneficiary
The name you may assign to a beneficiary for your convenience.
The beneficiary name of the person/legal entity for whom the transfer (payment) is executed for.
The address of the beneficiary for whom the transfer (payment) is executed for.
The country of the beneficiary for whom the transfer (payment) is executed for.
The Beneficiary’s email.
The White List functionality is applicable for the beneficiaries that you trust and you have also the option to set-up limits for each of them. When “White List” is enabled, One-Time-Password (OTP) is not required.

3. Click on the button to insert the beneficiary’s details (i.e.the Account/IBAN, the Bank Type, and the account alias).
4. Click on the Apply button to save all the beneficiary’s details added.
5. The system accumulates all information added and prompts you to provide a second factor authentication (One-Time-Password). More specifically:
