This screen displays the transactions that are pending for authorization.
This section is available only to Corporate clients/users.
Features
By clicking on the drop-down list, you must select the account for which you will proceed to approve or reject the submitted transactions pending for approval/rejection.
Default option shows transactions pending for authorization from all accounts.
By clicking on the ‘Filter by’ ( ) button and then on the ‘View’ button, you define the period for which transaction for pending authorisation are displayed.
By clicking on the reference number, you can see the transaction details including the transaction status, the attached documents and the number of signatures that are still pending.
The date by which a transaction is submitted to the ebanking pending for authorisation.
The name of the user who has submitted the transaction to the ebanking.
The person/legal entity who will receive money out of this transaction.
The type of the submitted transaction (e.g. Transfer between my accounts, Transfer to other cdb bank accounts etc).
The amount of the submitted transaction.
The status of the submitted transaction (i.e. Pending for authorisation, Rejected, Cancelled, Completed).
You have the option to Approve or Reject a specific transaction by clicking on either of the two respective checkboxes. You may select multiple transactions and submit them at once.
You have the option to Clear or Submit specific transactions pending for authorisation, by clicking on either of the two buttons. Pending authorisations can be submitted at once. On submitting your response, the system requires a second factor authentication (One- Time-Password). More specifically:
