Change Password

For your own security we recommend that you change your Password frequently. Never reveal your Password to anyone.

• User ID: Displays your current User ID.
• Existing Password: Enter your current Password.
• New Password: Enter a new Password following the criteria below:
  • You are not allowed to reuse your old Password.
  • You are not allowed to use a sequence of more than 2 identical characters.
  • Passwords must contain at least 1 digit character, 1 symbol, 1 lowercase letter and 1 uppercase letter.
  • Your new Password should be different from your current User ID.
  • Password length must be at least 8 characters long, this defined by the Bank, and an error message will appear if you have inputted the incorrect length with the correct number of characters.
• Advice: You should not use Passwords consisting of:
  • Months, weekdays, birthdays or any other form of date
  • Family names, initials or license numbers
  • Names, ID numbers or any other bank references
  • Phone numbers or consecutive number series
  • Dictionary words
• Confirm New Password: Enter your New Password for confirmation.
