Token Synchronisation - Re-set Token Device
This page provides instruction on how to re-set your token device, in the event that you receive an error from the system rejecting the transaction authorisation code you have inputted from your token device.
Desynchronisation may be caused by different reasons such as:
- Inactivity.
- Low battery life.
To re-set your device
- Enter the serial number found on the actual token device (not a generated code).
- Click Submit.
