Three (3) unsuccessful consecutive login attempts will automatically lock the account. You must contact the Bank in order to unlock the account. See Login Problems and
Fogot Your Login Details.
You will be asked to select what you have forgotten:
Request Your User ID for logging into the e-banking.
- An email will be sent to your registered email address with your User ID.
Request a new password.
- An email will be sent to your registered email address with your new password.
Reset your password with a new one.
- You will be prompted to answer your Security Questions.
- If your answers are correct an SMS will be sent to your mobile with your new password.
- If your answers are wrong you will be locked out of the e-banking and must contact the bank.
