Customer Messages
From this screen, you can communicate with the Bank via a secure channel.
- You can send a secure message from the ‘New Message’ option.
- If more than one customers is linked on your user, you have to select the customer from which you want to give instructions or make enquiries.
- Select the appropriate category from the available list.
- Your message cannot exceed 4000 characters.
- You have the option to attach a document. - From the Inbox and Sent tabs you can view and/or delete messages received from/sent to the bank.
